These Terms of Service govern your use of the Auraday service provided by CheckLab (operated by Jongchan Choi).

1. Purpose

These Terms establish the rights and responsibilities between CheckLab and users regarding the use of our AI-powered digital services.

2. Service Description

Auraday provides AI-generated horoscopes, zodiac insights, tarot readings, and saju analyses. All content is automatically generated by artificial intelligence and is intended for entertainment and general informational purposes only. The service does not provide professional, medical, financial, legal, psychological, or investment advice.

3. Digital Access & Payments

Certain features require the purchase of digital credits ("Keys") or subscription access. All payments provide access to digital content and features only. No physical goods are sold. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Invoiced Consumer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms. Keys are valid for 1 year from the date they are granted (the payment date), and the oldest Keys are used first. Keys past their validity period expire automatically and are not eligible for a refund. This clause takes effect on October 25, 2026; Keys granted before the effective date are deemed granted on the effective date and may be used until October 25, 2027.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. No questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@checklab.ai. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle's consumer terms.

5. Accounts

Users may log in using supported authentication providers. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and may not transfer or share accounts.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

CheckLab does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of any AI-generated content. Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for how they interpret and use the information provided.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on this page.
